Metallic Epoxy Pros provides a Limited 10-Year Warranty on Metallic Epoxy flooring products, which guarantees that under normal residential usage your flooring will remain free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own the property where the flooring was installed.

Proper installation is crucial for the longevity and performance of your Metallic Epoxy Pros, Metallic Epoxy flooring. Your local Metallic Epoxy Pros owner is trained to install Metallic Epoxy Pros proprietary flooring products. Any products used other than Metallic Epoxy Pros, are not subject to this guarantee.
Regular maintenance is essential to preserving the appearance and functionality of your flooring. Follow the recommended cleaning and maintenance procedures explained to you by your local Metallic Epoxy Pros owner to avoid voiding your warranty. Find the cleaning and suggested maintenance here.
Your local Metallic Epoxy Pros owner’s liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the defective flooring as described in this document. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from defects in our products.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Any transfer of ownership voids this warranty. Additionally, an ownership change of your local Metallic Epoxy Pros owner from the original owner who installed your floor, also voids this warranty.
This warranty is governed by the laws of [Phoenix, AZ, USA], and any disputes arising from this warranty will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in [Phoenix, AZ, USA].

This warranty is effective for all Metallic Epoxy Pros flooring products purchased on or after [October 31, 2024].

Disclaimer: Each Metallic Epoxy Pros location/territory is individually owned and operated. This warranty is between the local Metallic Epoxy Pros Owner who owns your local territory at the time your floor is installed and the customer who received the floor coating services. It is NOT between the customer and Metallic Epoxy Pros LLC. nor any future owners of your local Metallic Epoxy Pros Franchise Territory. Any claims from the installation of your floor are to be filed directly with the local Metallic Epoxy Pros Owner who installed your floor. This express limited warranty represents the sole warranty offered by the local Metallic Epoxy Pros Owner for the services, products, and materials provided under this contract. Metallic Epoxy Pros LLC or the local Metallic Epoxy Pros Owner do not provide any other warranties, whether expressed or implied, and explicitly disclaims any and all other warranties whether expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise.
The local Metallic Epoxy Pros Owners’ liability to the buyer regarding claims of loss or damage arising from the contract of sale, its performance or breach, or related to the design, manufacture, sale, delivery, installation, service, repair, or use of the provided floor coatings or cabinets, shall not exceed the amount the buyer paid for the repair or replacement of the defective parts or components. Under no circumstances shall Metallic Epoxy Pros LLC. OR the local Metallic Epoxy Pros Owner be held liable for any special or consequential damages including, but not limited to, injuries to individuals or property damage or the loss of use of any property.
